Slow loading of pages
Quite often when I go to a site such as MSN.com or Bing, it seems to take forever to come up, the little cirlcle just keeps spinning with only a Window or two up. While I attempting to do this, at time I am listening to IHeartRadio.com or playing musici off of Youtube. Can *** radio/video cause my system to bog down this much, or keep other pages from loading in a timely manner?
Running Vista under IE9 on XPS-420. It show CPU usage during these times less than 5%. Thanks for any ideas.

I also suggest you to check if the same issue occurs with other browsers and let us know your findings.
