What new programs have you recently installed that are loading at startup? Go to Start > Run, and type msconfig then click on OK. Click on the Startup tab, and remove all unnecessary programs that start when you start your computer. To find out which programs are necessary, see the list at:

What new programs have you recently installed that are loading at startup? Go to Start > Run, and type msconfig then click on OK. Click on the Startup tab, and remove all unnecessary programs that start when you start your computer. To find out which programs are necessary, see the list at:

If you eliminate all of the unnecessary programs from starting up, this should speed the boot process.
