Sonic Update Manager

Question

On my new XPS M140, every time I start the computer the Sonic Update Manager appears trying to download something. It says I am missing a file, UM.MSI and asks me to point to it on a CD. I can't find it on any Dell CD and I can't find it anywhere on my hard drive. Any Suggestions?

[Edit] Don't be in a rush to uninstall the Sonic Updater, unless you don't use any Sonic software: see this post from that thread first:

Thanks very much. I installed the program and I'll see if it works next time I boot up.
