Hi Hiran,

Go to Start --> Run .. in the open box type MSCONFIG and click OK --> put a dot on Selective startup and check the option for Load Startup Services and uncheck the option for Load Startup Items .. click on Apply, Close and restart your computer ... Try Installing the Printer Now .. and let me know what happened.

With Warm Regards,
Luqman.

I tried that and it made no difference. When I go to Printers and Faxes and click Add a Printer it says 'Operation Could Not Be Completed'.

I get a dialog 'Spooler SubSystem.app error' every now and then.

I'm just another computer user, but I had a spooler error message in the Event Viewer. I was given a link to this article:

Maybe something there will help you.
