Hi:
Spybot updates relatively infrequently-maybe
every week or two. Last was on Jan. 17.
If you downloaded S&D since then, you likely
have an up-to-date version already.

I have noticed, especially with this last update, that it can take a while to get to the download. I minimized to the bottom of the desktop, and went on to other email, etc. When I went back a short while later, the update had occured. Good luck

When you get to the page for update, run your mouse over no mirror selected and it should change. Use the down arrow and select EON.

Hey ivhkyjr2,
I may be able to help. PM me to discuss options.
PS I'm not trying to be cryptic, I'm just sort of paranoid about posting some info on an open forum.

Try uninstalling, then download and reinstall. You may have gotten a bad/corrupt download the first time. Maybe a glitch, you have nothing to lose.
Good luck.

Ya that seemed to work, works now. Question though, Spybot can clean usage tracks, temp files ect.......? Where is this option in the program

Open spybot and chose settings>file sets.
Browes the application and become familiar with it. There are many options to explore.
