Start-up DLL error message

Hello everyone,
Today when I restarted my Inspiron 1721 laptop to install a few updates, and I got this error message:

Error loading c:\windows\system32\yqfprhqr.d1l
The specified module could not be found

(the message is not exactly the same, I wrote what I remembered, only the location is 100% correct).

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Have a look here.

I ran the TrendMicro virus scanner, it detected the malware and it cleaned it, but after restarting, I got the same message. I checked the registry and the folder where the problem was, and I couldn't find any traces of the malware, which means it's been deleted, but I keep getting the same error message.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Obviously the virus scanner didn't clean everything. Have you looked at the Solutions page in the article and followed all of those instructions as well?

I did, but I will try again... I even started the laptop in safe mode, but still couldn't find the right registry key.
I am going to scan the computer again.
