Stop applications from Launching on Startup
This may seem like a simple question, but how do I stop certian applications from launching on startup?
Several applications launch and reside in the tray. I usually just right click and exit them. I would like to be able to stop them from automatically launching.

Many programs will offer the capability of selecting whether or not they start when Windows starts under Options or Preferences in the menu bars. If no such option is there, go to Start|Run, type msconfig and click OK. On the Startup tab uncheck the items listed that you don't want to start automatically.
