System 32 file pops up at startup...Fix???
For some reason my system 32 file pops up at the end of startup of Windows XP. It only happens when I use my personal logon, and not when my kids or wife use their logon. It is more of a nuisance than anything, but I would like to take this out of my startup so I don't have to close it every time I logon.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!

I found this today while checking my startups in msconfig, might be your problem
/l:eng
N/A
Related to the Dell OEM version of the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 sound card. If this item is listed and checked in startup, the System32 Folder will appear on every startup
Go to run then type in msconfig, click on the start up tab and look for /l:ENG and uncheck it
