System Restore Failure
I have a Dell Dimension 8250 with XP. When I try to open my System Restore (>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Store), I get the message that "Application has failed because framedyn.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem." Which CD do I find the application to reinstall?

Thank You. However, when I go to that site /support.microsoft.com/kb/319114>
and I begin the first resolution by
then Start& Run
type in %systemroot%/system32/dllcache
there is no framedyn.dll that exists!!!

I did get to that dllcache page but the framedyn.dll document is NOT there. It goes alphabetically from fontsub.dll, forcedos.exe, framd.ttf, framdit.ttf, freecell.exe - no framedyn.dll is there to right click upon!

Steve,
Yes, I did the second part but still have the original problem.
I do have a new Norton System Works 2006 which includes a Norton Backup which has a file rescue. Would that have replaced my System Restore?
