System won't sleep after adding Dell Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse

I have a Dell Dimension 9200/XPS 410 that originally came with the standard USB keyboard and mouse.  The "Sleep" function in Vista worked fine.  About a week ago, I got the Dell Bluetooth KB and mouse combo.  The BT connected seamlessly in Vista even before I installed the drivers/setup program off the Dell website (which also added some security features).  Ever since hooking up the BT KB and mouse, my machine won't go to sleep properly.  It rarely will go to sleep on its own anymore (after a specified amount of downtime) or if I choose "Sleep" from the Start menu it will wake up on its own after a minute or two.

I performed a Windows Update which installed a BT update from the Microsoft site (name of the update escapes me now) but my machine still doesn't sleep properly.

Is there anything in Vista that I need to change in order to fix this?

Thanks, your suggestion seems to have worked-once my system went to sleep mode, it didn't wake up.  However, moving the mouse or pressing a key on the KB didn't wake it (obviously).  It'd be nice to have that wake-from-sleep functionality in the KB and Mouse, but I guess this will do.  (I have to use the power button to wake the system from sleep.)

One more question-in the device manager, I have two Bluetooth KB and 2 BT mice listed (although only one of each installed).  One KB and one mouse is described as Dell, the other is not brand specific.  I forgot which desciption had the "power management" tab under its properties, but should I remove/uninstall the other device, so I just have one KB and one mouse listed?
