THERE IS AN ARTICLE AT PCMAGAZINE YOU MIGHT LOOK AT.BUT BECAUSE OF SYSTEM RESTORE AND SYSTEM FILE PROTECTION BE CAREFUL about deleting.......system file protection silently replaces protected files you could wind up with more than before brian ps there are a couple of items at microsoft you might want to check too.Q197791 and Q186020 also you have to be able to view all folders but you already did that

and the answer is to diable tasks (taskmanager) in the tasks folder. that is what causes applog to fill up withe files
