The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory
When i try to run a program / install something i get this error:
I have researched it on google, the only thing i can find is the hotfix microsoft put out for the RealTEK HD audio control panel which DID NOT WORK. My computer wont do a system restore, every time i try it says windows cannot restore to this point. . I get an error when the computer starts up that says \3\dlcctime.dll failed to start or something like that. I recently installed my dell printer that i bought LAST WEEK, it worked fine until about 2 days ago when i started getting these errors and the printer wouldnt work. I completely removed the printer and reinstalled it, didnt fix it. I completely removed the printer and all its hardware, and i still get the errors. Any thoughts?
I have a DELL E520,
Nvidia GeForce 7300LE video
card SigmalTel HD audio card
Microsoft windows XP professional Version: 5.1.2600 Service pack 2 build 200
I stay on top of the updates for all my hardware (except for Service pack 3, dont like it)
