The system cannot find the file specified

Question

I have tried to install new programs like Norton antivirus but when I try to install it the (The system cannot find the file specified) window pops up.  Does anyone know a solution? Insprion 2600  Window 2000

This is definitely not a problem with the Dimension BIOS, the topic of this fourm.  Please post in the Software - Windows 2000 or Software - Other Software forum where you will encounter a much more numerous and broader audience and have a much better chance of someone helping you solve the problem.
