Whatever you do, do not download that software from that site. It's just some spyware trying to install more junk on your system. Have you tried Spybot? Get it here  http://beam.to/spybotsd . Also try Ad-Aware. Get that one here   http://lavasoft.element5.com/support/download/ Run those 2 programs and you should be fine. You might want to get the free AVG virus scanner too. Go here to get it http://www.grisoft.com/doc/40/lng/ww  . Good Luck...

P.S. You might need to get HijackThis! too. It's a program that helps to get rid of spyware and website hijack attempts. Just run the program and delete any entries that have the web site's name you are forced to visit. Get Hijackthis! here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

In addition to ones in previous post, try cwshredder (free-ware). Have you tried booting into safe mode and using add/remove to delete the spyware that way?

Have you tried running Spybot and Ad-ware in safe mode? Hit F8 right after you press F1 when you boot up your Dell comp. You should see a list of options which includes safe mode. Just choose regular safe mode. Make sure your definitions are up to date too for Spybot and Ad-ware before running them. Run the update feature for those programs before entering safe mode though...

Hijackthis! detects any changes spyware does to your registry. Like being forced to visit certain web sites and having your home page changed to a certain site ECT. It can be confusing to newcomers though but it really is not that difficult to interpret its log files and decide what to delete. You can try to post your Hijackthis! log on this site http://hjt.iamnotageek.com/. It's an automated log interpreter and tells you what is and what is not safe to delete. But I haven't tried it myself though…

You could have a problem with your host file too. Try going to http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm and read up on host files if you are still having problems even after running a fully updated Spybot and Ad-aware in safe mode. You might need to delete your old host file and replace it with the one from that site. Good Luck...
