USB Key Drivers for Windows 95

I have two I USB keys I can use.  One is Dell, one is a Lexar.  My Dell one doesn't really have a model number on it, it's just a black 64 MB memory key with Dell written on one side and a bunch of what looks like mini sponsor logos on the other.  My Lexar key is a 256 Lexar Media JumpDrive with the model # JDE256-04-500.  Drivers for either one of those keys (for Windows 95) would work.

I'm not sure there are Windows 95 drivers for that.  What is the specific model?
