USING DELL SUPPORT POWERED BY GTEKO

using dell support and windows defender keeps showing me gteko is continually changing the drives
something about ddm12 .  anyone understand this?  normal or problematic??

I've noticed this as well with my set-up.  It appears to be routine reporting from Defender regarding the Dell Support Tool activity associated with Gteko.  Defender settings can be changed to limit its notifications to the user.  I decided this is not a problem.  Good luck.
