Unexpected exception - error shuts down Internet Explorer

Question

XP Professional 2002 sp1 and IE 6.0: When visiting certain web sites with IE, the browser shuts down and a error message/log file is created and placed on the desktop.  Error message begins with:   An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM. Unexpected Signal : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) occurred at PC=0x1449558 Function=[Unknown.] Library=C:\WINDOWS\System32\YPCLSP.dll   Each time I go back to that specific site or page, it will shut down.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
