Update from SP2 to SP3 on XP Pro Error Messages

After updating XP Pro from SP2 to SP3 on a Dell Latitude D610 I get two Error Messages every time I reboot.  1)  "WLANMON.EXE - Entry Point not found.  The procedure entry point apsSearchInterface could not be located in the dynamic link library WLANAPI.DLL."  2)  "WZCSLDR2.EXE - Entry Point not found.  The procedure entry point apsGetReady could not be located in the dynamic link library WLANAPI.DLL."

Microsoft's Knowledge Base article kb/950720 says it is caused by a conflict with a third-party wireless network adapter's device driver.  The D610 has a Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection.  I went to both Dell's and Intel's websites, but could not find a driver new enough to solve the problem.

Any suggestions?

I went to the link that dave5 suggested and followed the instructions of ozrom1e, but that did not solve the problem.  In the same link RayT suggests disabling the WZCSLDR2.exe file in msconfig.  That would work but I would rather not use a work around.  Any other suggestions?
