Upgrade Operating system?

I have a D630 W 2GB ram and running Win 7 Pro, 32 bit.

It'll run 7 Pro just fine - just don't count on running very demanding apps in virtual mode given the low amount of RAM.

I have a dell Latitude D630 It has a intell duo core cpu running at 2.20 Ghz and has 2GB of rm Will I be able to upgrade this machie to Win 7 Pro? I would like to download Microsoft XP mode on this machine. Is it possible?    [ADMIN NOTE: Email ID removed per TOU policy]
