You have first to make an image (.iso) file of the CD, using a burner program such as Roxio EasyCD or Nero. Then point the virtual drive to it. Some hints are given here:

If you google for Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel v2.0.1.1 you will find more posts telling you how to use it.
