Virtual PC with XP Home?

Good Morning! Just wondering if Windows Virtual PC can be run with XP Home. I had it loaded, and running, ready to install Vista RC2, but could not download the required "programs" to operate the mouse in the virtual window. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

For us old folks...you want to load Virtual PC on an XP Home host system and then load Vista?  How much RAM?

Here's another old fellow! Good to meet you. I have 1GB RAM, and 160GB Hard Drive (65% free). All this on a Dell Dimension 4700. I'm upgrading another 2GB RAM, and installing a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS 256 MB DDR2 PCI-E Video card. I'm also thinkin g of stuffing another 80GB Hard Drive in there.

You need to partition that drive and give yourself a clean partition for Vista. otherwise when you go to uninstall it, you will lose your XP version.
