You can click the link to download the chipset drivers and your network card driver. You will need to select the installed OS and then download the Intel Chipset Drivers. You can choose the drivers for your network card to download.
Thank you Jesse, i will first download the Intel usb 3.0 driver. Do i need to remove the hardware in the device manager firts, reboot the machine and then install the driver? Is that the best way to do it?

You have a Dell Wireless 1560 card so will need that driver and the Realtek Ethernet controller.
