Actually, that's not the Intel 82845 video chipset. It's a 845GV chipset and from what I can see, there are only Windows XP and Windows 2000 drivers available for that. I'm sorry but I'm not sure you'll be able to find them. Let's keep this here and see if anybody out there knows of any available.
But I am having a similar problem on a Dimension 4600. With an add-in board (Nvidia). The problem appears to be more to the core of the hardware, or something Dell is doing in the BIOS has changed recently. I had zero problems installing Win98SE on a several Dimension 4550s, but now its seems improbable at best.

I have downloaded and installed the driver,
but the conflict error message still appear.
