Your link is no longer valid. Also, Microsoft's latest version of Windows 10 is a huge pile of steaming crap and will not work on older computers. One is going to have to download an OEM copy of Windows 7 Home Premium or buy one on eBay and consequently upgrade to Windows 10.

You can Download a Windows 10 TH2 .iso from Microsoft and clean install with your Windows 7 OEM product key. See here for details:
