That is a virtual device driver for a Fujitsu CP021060-1 disk drive. To eliminate the error message go to Start|Run, type
sysedit and click OK. Click the System.ini tab and use the search function for look for WOL558.vxd. When you find the line that refers to it, place a semicolon at the beginning of the line to prevent it from executing.

Thanks for the response -- I tried your suggestion and the search function could not find the WOL558.vxd file in the system.ini tab. Any other ideas?

I don't know if this is the correct version, but that file can be downloaded from here:
http://www.macalester.edu/crash/software/pc/intel_nic/pro-100/
At least it might get rid of the message.
