Weird Problem with the IE6 Address Bar

Im running Windows XP with SP2, just yesterday i noticed that when I enter an address in the address bar, enter does not load the page. ctrl+enter will load the page but that's different. I've looked everywhere i know but can't seem to find an answer. Someone please help

it's one of those little things that can drive you up the wall.
