What is bootable?
I downloaded the installation media .iso for Windows 7 to a flash drive. Is this device considered to be 'Bootable?' Is the windows install disc, GSP1RMCPRFREO_EN_DVD a bootable disc?

No--you need to download it to your hard drive and then burn it to a flash drive or disk. Right click on the downloaded iso file and select burn disk image. That makes a bootable disk or thumb drive. It would be safer to download the iso file again instead of moving the file to your hard drive. Download the iso file to your Download Folder.
