Where do I get an OS for my Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 (Early 2011) ?

I want to format my laptop, but there is a problem -- I lost the OS disk for it. I have all the information located at the Microsoft label found at the back of the laptop, but I do not know what to do with it. Please help?

p.s. It is a Win7 Home Premium x64

I successfully recovered my laptop when I used the "Dell DataSafe Backup and Recovery" feature that allowed me to reset the device back to its factory state. Thanks again, everyone, for helping :)

if u have windows 7 premium(basic doesn't have this certain option)  go to search bottom left on your screen...type..Create System Recovery Media. (has to say Media) then follow steps ,it will make a system image but then will only take 1or 2 DVDs. basic has create image but will saves all which could take many, many dvds

remember u will need to save pics music,ect..what u want because it will redo, reformat, replace like the day it was new.

Hi Thanks for your reply . My issue is that it is infected with virus and it doesn't allow me to do anything . I never created a restore point . So only option available to me is to reformat it. I don't have o/s dvd however I have the key.

I advise updating Dell Backup and Recovery to the latest version and making a Recovery Drive so you have an external backup:

I made a video on doing this on Windows 8.1 with a UEFI BIOS but the procedure for uninstalling Dell DataSafe Local Backup and using Dell Backup and Recovery to make a Bootable USB are similar for Windows 7 and a Legacy BIOS (post 2010):

As you reside in Canada you may try the Canadian request form:
