Will Recovery Stick Win 7 work after upgrade to Win 10?
I have a USB Recovery Stick from Dell to reinstall the software that originally came on my laptop, including Win 7 Home Premium.
1) If I upgrade to Win 10, will the Recovery Stick still work?
2) Would I need to create new Win 10 recovery files?
Any help you can give would be appreciated,

The USB key will only install the Operating System that is installed on the key, Which is Windows 7 Home Premium. It will not reinstall Windows 10. When you upgrade to Windows 10 you would need to download Dell Backup and Recovery software from the link below.
Dell Backup and Recovery (DBaR) is no longer available after upgrading from Windows 7/8.1 to Windows 10
