WinFax Lite/Fax Software

Question

I have an old computer that I am giving away.  In making sure thing are working, I tried using the fax software.  When I tried to use the software I was asked to register the software which I had done originally.  The C drive was format at one time and I did not reinstall the software for the fax.  I recently tried doing so and the phone number given is no longer in service.  Needless to say, if the software is not registered after five usages the fax software will not work.  It will however work if the software is again reinstalled.  Is there a way  to getting around this problem without reinstalling the software after it has been used five times. Any help will be appreciated. CJW
