WinXP SP2 Tweaks & Service Guide
This is Black Viper's guide to speeding up your WinXP Home or Pro PC by turning off certain services that Microsoft thinks you should have running. The guide is designed for user's of any level, and has a lot of easy to read info.
So why use it? Security, and Lighthing Fast Boot Times. I used the "Safe" section and left services I was unsure about, Default.
