Windows 10 freeze up issues
I am setting up my new inspiron 3250 with win 10 Home preinstalled.
from go it regularly freezes up; the only escape is cut power.
MS forum points the finger at Dell and suggests the Dell factory win 10 is not a clean install???
please advise on a remedy.

Thank you for writing to us!
We wouldnt suggest and clean installation as of now as it could be a hardware issue as well.
Kindly follow the steps :
1- Run Chkdsk
2- Run Extended diagnostics on the Hard drive.
Kindly let us the error on diagnostics.
Private message the service tag to the system.
