Windows 7 - Boot Mgr is missing

Question

Hi, I just performed a Dell back-up / restory, all went well until the system promoted me to click restart, it appeared the restore had gone perfectly. I now keep on getting an error message BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. I'm unable to access any Dell recovery / repair by pressing F8 (or any other button1) the only options I have are... F2 Set-up / F12 boot options. If I press F12 I can boot to 'Utility Partion' but this doesn't seem to then fix anything, I've performed an extended test and everything seems fine... I've lost any CD's that came with my system, is there anywhere I can download / order new Windows 7 recovery CDs? Thanks in advance, Inspiron 560 - Shipped Mar 2011
