Windows 7 Service pack update failure
I have been trying to install the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 update and keep getting failure. (recent error code 80041002). Tried all their troubleshooting steps including turning off anti-virus. I have a Dell Inspiron Zino HD. Any help with this? Thanks!

Did you use the standalone file?
Service Pack 1 x64 English
