My Problem still has NOT been fixed. I waited one week. On google chrome I get to the "enter your language and 64 or 32 bit" section. On IE I can't even get to that screen. I tried turning off popups. For Google Chrome after I enter the information the screen goes blank. For IE it says "an error occured". I called Dell and they said that is a typical problem and that they can't fix it. Any advice anyone?

Hi Kyle, It has been known to take up to a week get your details logged, What I would do is to keep trying, you will get your details logged.

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer with any popup/ad blockers disabled. Or if you use Firefox, use IE mode--but using IE is better.

Thank you. I will keep trying. I tried Google Chrome and got a little farther but still failed. I will make sure to block popups and try again.
