Windows 7 license key
I purchased the PC from QVC the windows 7 was installed and I did not get a code in the box which came directly from dell. I need to re-install windows. I was told that I could get it from the website..not helpful!

Look under the battery of your laptop.
Product Keys are not available online, nor are they tracked/available from Dell or Microsoft. Dell Windows installation disks are not available online, but there is a form for US customers to request one. Using a Dell installation disk, you should NOT be asked for your Product Key:
support.dell.com/.../backupcd_form
You can also use a Retail ISO, then activate over the phone with Microsoft (not Dell) using the Product Key on the COA/license sticker of your computer:
