Windows 7 login screen missing field to change user or enter password. cursor appears to be zoomed in, background still normal size. Fix?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You can  start the computer and press the F8 key, Once you have all the options up choose the one that reads " Last Know Good Configuration"
