Windows 7 upgrade - transfer to a non-Dell PC
I ordered Windows 7 update disks when they were on sale at Amazon.com back in like July, and got them on the release date, even before I bought my new Dell PCs. I have them in hand now, but my Dell updates haven't shipped yet and I'm anxious to update my PC now. If I use one of my non-Dell updates, will I be able to use my Dell update on one of my non-Dell PC when I receive them?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
You can only use the Dell OS Disc on Dell Systems.
