Windows Media Center does not recognize dual TV tuner

I finally got around to setting up Windows MC with my newly received Dell.  I followed the onscreen setup directions and had Windows scan my cable connection and tuner.  For some reason it will not recognize that I have a dual tuner TV card.  Is there some simple fix or must I reinstall the Tuner drivers?

That's a good question. I wonder if it is similar to mine.

I just bought from Dell the Adaptec 3610. It's a dual tuner.

It only sees one of the tuner with a signal. It gives me the following error on the TV wizard:

1 tuner detected and configured. Additional tuners were detected but will not be configured because either they do not have a matching TV signal or any TV signal at all.

I have not found the resolution yet.

Are you folks both using basic cable or an antenna? Because that's the only way to utilize both tuners with only one input. Using the s-video+stereo mini plug option, you need an external tuner on each source (such as two satellite receiver boxes).

Buy a splitter for the coax tv cable and attach to both tuners.

the Dell OEM Emuzed Angel tuners only have one coax input (which is split internally to the two tuners).
