It sounds like it is actually looking of the Office XP small business edition. If you have the disk try running the service pack with it in the CD drive.
You should have received the CDs for the Small Business Edition with the system (it's not clear from your post whether you did or not). In any case, if you don't have an XP reinstallation CD you should get one to have in the event of hard disk failure. See
