Windows XP 1100 Error, Setupdd.sys cannot load, error code 32768

Question

Hello, Early in the week, My computer crashed, saying that there were missing system32 files. I ended up reformatting my computer. However, now I can't even access my computer since it goes into auto-reformat, but then after a minute a popup appears saying 'Setupdd.sys cannot load, error code 32768' I don't have a reformatting disc, I believe I have an integrated reformatting partition.   Is there any way to fix this problem? I'm on a laptop...

Annotations, Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum. You will need to boot to the Windows disc and choose the option to format at the bottom of setup screen off of the Windows disc.
