Windows XP Administrator

Question

Hi All, I need a list of the default settings for Services in the Administrator for XP. Go into control panel click on Administrator settings go to Services and you will get a list of all the services and wether they are manual   automatic  or disabled. There is about 80 of them and most of the time no one knows about them and how to use them. Thank you if you take the time to do this . Mike
