Windows XP Drivers For My Studio 540

Question

Hi. So I recieved a Dell Studio 540 for Christmas with vista loaded on it. I have never used vista before, and after trying it, despised it. But Vista was the only option for this machine. I turned out not to be compatiable with all of my audio hardware (which is one of the main things I use the desktop for, as a DAW). After a couple months of frustration, I decided to buy Windows XP (which I consider an upgrade). Which is great, accept for driver compatiability. I never even considered the fact that every piece of hardware might not have an XP driver. So, right now, I am without audio, proper video card functionality, and internet access on that computer. I actually love my PC, but not Vista itself. I have no plan to go back. My question is, is there anywhere to get XP drivers for stock 540 hardware, or will I have to replace that as well?

There are no plans to release any xp drivers for the Studio 540 at this time. Have you tried searching the internet for xp drivers for your hardware?

Thanks for the quick response. Yeah, I have been searching for drivers online, but am having trouple. My biggest issue right now is finding a driver for the dell wireless network adapter, DW1505. I would have more luck if I could get online, and due to my placement, a wired connection isn't possible right now.

Oh, also. It would be nice to have a detailed description of all the hardware that came with my system. Some sort of spec sheet. As far as I know, I don't have a hard copy. Is there a place online were I can find that?
