Windows XP MCE 2005 and Vista Dual Boot

I know this thread has been done before. I just have a couple of issues.

 

I have used Partition Magic AND Acronis Disk Director.....the former is the better partition tool...the latter the better tool to load and manage the dual boot. A formatted HDD with good images of both and brought them into separate partitions. The Acronis Disk Director allows boot of the other OS from an OS selector switch on the desktop, with a BOOTWIZ file stored on a separate drive from both OS's. In this case my secondary WD Scorpio 320GB HDD.

Anyway, I have everything running but:

 

In XP: Intel Flash Cache Module...I have the vista driver and in Vista is working great, but it will not load in XP. ANY Suggestions?? Or is it just not going to work in XP?

 

In XP: The IR Receiver for MC Remote Control. It is loaded and works, but not correctly. ie. when you want to move through your albums in MC instead of one, it rolls like a slot machine, among other craziness.

 

I have SP3 installed and all the MC update rollups.

 

No major show stoppers, but who likes yellow ? in device manager?
