Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 upgrade to Media Center Edition 2005

Hello,
I have a Dell Dimension 4600 with a Pentium 4 2.60 Ghz processor that is running Windows XP Professional with Media Center Edition 2004 on it.  The problem I have with this is that I just purchased a Microsoft Zune from Dell and the software is not compatible with this edition of media center.  Does anyone know of an upgrade that Dell provides to its customers so that I can use this software?  Minimum requirements call for Media Center Edition 2005 with Rollup update 2.

Can you upgrade MCE 2004 to MCE 2005?  If you want a quick answer, "No!".  Can you install MCE 2005 on your 4600?  Not recommended as MCE is basically customized to each individual model with which it is (or should I say was) sold.
