Windows XP boot up system error c000021a
I accidently modified the system32 folder as read only. Windows XP on my inspiron notebook does not boot up (black screen after the windows logo). When I tried to boot under the Safe Mode, there is an error message:
"Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000022.
The system has been shut down."
What can I do to restore my computer? Many thanks!
