I just bought Dell Inspiron 13 7373 three days ago (year 2018) and out of the box, the OS was corrupted.
I recovered from Dell Recovery and installed fresh image again, guess what? it's broken again, that is going on for three days and I will hopefully get a refund.
I had a good Dell Inspiron 14z and because I was so happy with it, I said "let's go with Dell" but I guess I won't from now on.
It ruined the joy of buying a new computer (which I don't do in 5 years usually), wasted so much of my time (which I don't have due to my working hours) so all the money I gave, I don't know if I can take back, and no one will ever refund me the wasted days...
Sorry to say but at the moment I really don't feel any good towards Dell and wouldn't recommend to anyone... Especially after seing a similar problem which is not answered for three years!!!!
