I get the following error when I try to boot up my Dell Dimension.......
"Not enough virtual memory or paging file quota to complete the specified
operation"
It then does a re-boot and I'm just going around in circles.
Any ideas on how I recover from this ?
Thanks in advance.

This is a Dimension 1100, bought refurbished from eBay, 80gb hard drive with 50gb free, 512mb of memory. During Windows Updates, the plug was pulled out. Repair completed but the problem still exists. CTRL F11 not an option as data isn't backed up.

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to
terminate the application.
