You can change the icon size (limited by Interenet Explorer to what they will allow) by Clicking on "View", Toolbars, Customize.  It will give you the option for "large" or "small" icons.

Generally, buy into Windows XP and start using the way XP works and looks. It doesn't take too long to "let go of old".

If you only have Screen Resolution set to (800x600) it is set to the Default Install.
You can increase the Resolution by right click on blank Desktop , select Properties , "Settings" tab , "Screen resolution" & move the slider to "More" by placing Cursor on slider , then Hold the Left click button & move Cursor to "More" , release Left click button & click "Apply" button.

fireberd,

Ok I will check it out, thanks.  I just don't like the way this OS looks.  It's appearance looks like it was designed for a child to use.  Longhorn was just to far away for me to wait. Like yo said I'm just going to have to get used to it.......

Thanks...........

If you doesn't like the Default look of XP then you can change to Classic look similar to Windows 2000 Pro.
Right click on blank Desktop area , select "Properties" > "Appearance" tab  , "Windows and buttons" & select "Windows Classic style" from Drop Down menu.

You can also change the Start menu to Classic by right click on Start button , select "Properties" > "Classic Start menu".
