XPS400 Exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b1bf9c 4 75b1f9c

Question

I received bad advice a few days ago and a rep had me format my hard drive and start over clean.  So, I have been reinstalling all of my softwares one by one and recovering all of my files.  I had some trouble installing the printer and finally got through it.  Tried syncing two ipods today and had trouble with windows thinking the ipod was a disk drive and not recognizing the drive and also received memory card errors (also having to with the all in one printer).  I finally got rid of the memory card errors by taking the memory card out of startup trhough msconfig but I am now receiving the following error Exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b1bf9c 4 75b1f9c but only when I start norton ghost.  Any ideas?  I have tried uninstalling Norton Ghost, I have tried removing all of the documents from startup, I have tried emptying all of the temp files and the cache.  Any ideas?

One more thing - when I installed my printer the PCI card (fax) drivers were not downloaded.  I ended up with an unknown device.  Could that be part of my problem?  Should I uninstall and reinstall the printer?  I may have to start over from scratch but I just did that a few days ago.  Very frustrating......
